Photo studio rentals

  • All first-time renters must book with our online scheduling system so we can save your information on file, as well as provide consent that you've read our policies. Once set up, our booking system is very convenient and easy to use, but you are also welcome to set up appointments over the phone.

    Your reservation begins at the time you book, so please account for more than just your “shoot time” if you need to do any setup or clean-up.

    There may be other reservations before or after you, so we may not be able to welcome you in if you arrive too early, and we expect all guests to put the space back in the same condition you found it in at the end.

  • Our studio is more than just a space we offer to shoot in; it's a full-fledged service. From when you arrive, we will buzz you in and assist with any loading you may need with our street level elevator. An on-site coordinator will be available to assist with anything else you may need throughout the duration of your shoot, whether it's putting up backdrops, studio lights, or just preparing fresh coffee. Our goal is to enable your production to run as smoothly and merrily as possible.

    All reservations include an on-site coordinator to assist with your shoot, freshly made premium coffee & filtered water, access to our kitchen, vanity station, outdoor terrace as well access to all the furniture and props we have available.

    It also includes access to our basic grip gear and tools, such as our garment racks, professional steamer, and rolling stairladder. Lighting equipment & our tethering suite is also included for Production rentals. We do also have equipment available for rent.

  • We’re happy to be a great host and help you clean up by taking care of the trash & dirty dishes. However, to help us keep our studio clean for every guest, we ask that the space be put back into the same condition it was before your rental session; especially messy guests will be subject to a cleaning fee at the end of the shoot.

    Rentals involving substances that are difficult to clean or remove, such as paint and glitter, are strictly prohibited.

  • Allowed & encouraged! As long as they are well-behaved and supervised.

  • All reservations are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled. Reservations can be rescheduled once up to 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation or rescheduling requests outside of these terms are subject to our team’s discretion & your prior rental history with us.

  • Although always recommended for your own liability, insurance is not required for day rentals. Renters are, however, liable for any damages or fees incurred, and we require having a card on file for liability purposes. By reserving your appointment, you acknowledge that you've read and agree to our day rental policies.

    The safety of our clients and their guests are top priorities, and we strive to make Atmosfera a safe space for all. The studio is equipped with video surveillance for security and liability purposes, and we always have staff on site to help alleviate any issues or concerns.
