Our private terrace features a fully equipped outdoor bar. We typically operate one bar at a time — the indoor bar is our default for cocktail service, and the outdoor bar is a weather-dependent option. Running both simultaneously is available as an add-on. Included automatically in full-day wedding packages.

Cash Bar

Prefer to have guests purchase their own drinks, or put a set amount toward the bar? We offer two cash bar arrangements, both subject to a $1,000 minimum spend.

Option 1

Full Cash Bar

Guests purchase their own drinks at the bar throughout the event. Full bar selection available including spirits, wine, and any signature cocktails requested.

Option 2

Limited Cash Bar

Same selection as our Classic Bar — 2 signature cocktails, house spirits & mixers, and house wine. Guests purchase drinks individually at standard rates.

Prepaid Tab Option

Rather than guests paying individually, clients may opt for a prepaid tab. A minimum of $1,000 is deposited upfront — drinks are served at standard per-drink rates until the tab is reached. At that point, we'll check in with you to extend the tab, convert to a standard cash bar, or close service.

Please note that the $1,000 minimum is a non-refundable commitment. If consumption falls short of the minimum, the difference is not refunded. No service charge applies to cash bar or prepaid tab arrangements.

Bring Your Own

BYOB

For select seated dining events and catered group dinners, we offer a BYOB arrangement for wine, beer, champagne, and cider. This option is not available for cocktail-style events or standing receptions, and is subject to staff approval at the time of booking.

How It Works

BYOB arrangements do not include dedicated bartender service. Instead, our staff will set up and oversee a designated self-serve beverage station — providing appropriate glassware, opening bottles as needed, and ensuring guests have everything they need. This is a hospitality service, not a full bar experience, and should be treated as such.

All BYOB beverages must arrive sealed and unopened. Hard liquor is not permitted under any BYOB arrangement — no exceptions.

Important

Bar Policies

Please review the following policies before your event. They apply to all events where alcohol is served.

No Shots — No Exceptions
Atmosfera does not serve straight pours or shots of any kind. Our bar staff is trained to serve cocktails, mixed drinks, and poured wine — not straight liquor. This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all events and all guests without exception.
Bar Access
Only Atmosfera's bar staff are permitted behind the bar at any time. Clients, guests, and outside vendors are not allowed to access the bar area, handle bar equipment, or self-serve under any circumstances.
Outside Alcohol
Guests are not permitted to bring and consume their own alcohol during the event. Bottles brought as gifts are welcome provided they remain sealed and are not opened or served on-site. We understand that special occasions sometimes call for a personal touch — a treasured bottle shared among close friends or a sentimental toast between the wedding party, for example. These moments aren't something we'd ever want to discourage, and we handle them with common sense and discretion on a case-by-case basis. What we do ask is that outside alcohol not be used as a substitute for a bar package or distributed freely among guests.
Bar Hours & Last Call
Bar service closes 30 minutes prior to your event end time. Last call is announced 15 minutes before closing. Please plan your event timeline accordingly — this is built into your event schedule, not deducted from your bar package duration.
Supply Limits
Open bar packages do not include an unlimited supply of alcohol. We stock based on approximately one drink per guest per hour. If your guests are drinking heavily, certain options may run low toward the end of service. We do our best to anticipate this — please let us know in advance if you expect a particularly enthusiastic crowd.
Responsible Service
Our bartenders have the final say on who to serve. They are trained to identify signs of overconsumption and may refuse service to any guest they determine is overly intoxicated. This is non-negotiable and is for the safety of your guests and our team.
Minors & Non-Alcoholic Service
Only guests of legal drinking age will be served alcohol. Minors are welcome at all events and will be served non-alcoholic beverages — soft drinks, juices, and mocktails are available at every event. Dry events are fully accommodated; just let us know when booking.
Outside Bartending Services
Outside bartending vendors are not permitted. All bar service is provided exclusively by Atmosfera's in-house staff. This applies to all events without exception.
Bartender Gratuity
Gratuity for our bartending staff is always appreciated and can be left in cash at the bar or added to your final invoice. If you prefer a no-tip arrangement, a 10% service surcharge will be applied to the full bar total in lieu of gratuity.
